We continue to operate in accordance with the government's health and safety advice and are committed to playing our part in controlling the spread of coronavirus.

We're continuing to find ways to make it easier for our customers to contact us including adding extra teams who are ready to answer your questions. 

  • Customer care is available via email to answer any questions.
  • Warehouse staff have gloves and sanitisers available at all times.
  • For the safety of customers & courier staff, delivery of your rug will be contactless with no signature needed.
  • When possible, rugs will be left in a safe place.
  • Our warehouse's are based in SYDNEY and is operating 5 days a week and customer care are available 7 days a week.
